I know you’ve heard you can create a new habit within 21-28 days. While this is true I’d be undeserving you if I focused on helping you to create new habits alone.
I need more than 28 days. I need at least 90 days. My goal is to recondition you. My goal is to support you in changing your behavior as well as the thought processes and emotional patterns behind the behavior. If you’re really going to create the life, love, and body you desire you have to change how you see yourself. That starts with getting clear on who you are and being okay with where you are.
